1. About Enermount

Enermount is a multi-sector infrastructure development and project management company. We develop, fund, and operate real-world projects in three interconnected sectors: renewable energy generation, sustainable agriculture, and healthcare supply chain infrastructure.

These Terms of Participation ("Terms") govern access to and use of Enermount's website, digital project portal, and any project participation programmes we offer. By accessing our platform or registering as a project partner, you agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms are not a financial services contract. Enermount operates as a project development company, not as a bank, investment adviser, or regulated financial institution. All activities described herein relate to project participation and operational engagement with our infrastructure portfolios.

2. Our Project Sectors

Enermount operates across three primary sectors. Each sector has specific project types, operating standards, and participation structures:

Sector A — Renewable Energy

  • Utility-Scale Solar: Ground-mounted PV installations (50MW+) connected to national grids across 12 countries under long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) of up to 25 years.
  • Onshore Wind Farms: High-wind corridor installations averaging 35% capacity factor with government-backed offtake contracts.
  • Hybrid Energy Systems: Combined solar-wind-storage installations serving industrial parks and large commercial off-takers with 24/7 clean energy supply.
  • Clean Energy Funds: Pooled project vehicles across solar, wind, and hydroelectric assets managed by our energy fund division.

Sector B — Sustainable Agriculture

  • Grain & Cereal: Large-scale production of wheat, rice, maize, and sorghum across managed farmlands in Africa and Southeast Asia.
  • Cash Crops & Exports: High-value cocoa, coffee, vanilla, and spice partnerships with established international buyers.
  • Horticulture & Orchards: Fruit orchards and vegetable operations for local and export markets, supported by smart irrigation technology.
  • Farm Partnership Programme: Our flagship cooperative model connecting partner resources with farming communities across 15 countries on 180,000 acres.

Sector C — Healthcare & Supply Chain

  • Generic Drug Manufacturing: Production partnerships for essential therapeutic medicines including cardiovascular, diabetes, and infectious disease treatments.
  • Cold-Chain Distribution: Refrigerated pharmaceutical logistics infrastructure serving hospitals and clinics across 22 countries with 98% delivery reliability.
  • Hospital Network Expansion: Capital deployment for hospital pharmacy modernisation and outpatient dispensary development in underserved regions.
  • Supply Chain Infrastructure: Smart warehouse facilities (3.2M sq ft capacity), IoT tracking systems, and freight optimisation networks across 18 countries.

3. Active Project Regions

Enermount operates active projects across the following regions. Participation in specific project programmes may be subject to the regulations applicable in each region.

Sub-Saharan Africa

Utility-scale solar, agricultural cooperatives, pharmaceutical distribution, and cold-chain logistics in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.

Northern Europe

Offshore and onshore wind farms in the North and Baltic Sea corridors. Onshore capacity across Netherlands, Germany, and Poland.

Southeast Asia

Agricultural partnerships, grain production, cash crop exports, and solar installations across Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Latin America

Onshore wind development and solar projects in Brazil, Colombia, and Chile. Agricultural holdings and supply chain infrastructure in the Andean region.

South Asia

Healthcare supply chain infrastructure, hospital network expansion, and pharmaceutical distribution across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

Western Europe

Logistics and supply chain infrastructure, green bond-funded hydro projects, and energy transition assets across the UK, France, and Iberian peninsula.

Project availability in each region is subject to regulatory approvals, grid connection timelines, and operational readiness. Enermount reserves the right to open or close regional project programmes based on operational conditions.

4. How Projects Work

Each project programme operated by Enermount follows a defined development cycle tailored to its sector. Understanding the project lifecycle is essential for all project partners and stakeholders.

Renewable Energy Projects

Energy projects begin with site identification, feasibility studies, and grid connection negotiations. Upon securing a power purchase agreement (PPA) or feed-in tariff contract, construction proceeds through commissioning, grid synchronisation, and commercial operation. Operational projects generate continuous power output measured in megawatt-hours (MWh) and report to grid authorities under their licence terms.

Agricultural Projects

Agricultural projects follow a seasonal cycle aligned with local growing conditions. Our Farm Partnership Programme operates a 14-day performance cycle from resources deployment through harvest, distribution, and revenue realisation. Grain crops follow 90–180 day growing cycles; cash crops may carry multi-season production timelines. All partnerships are documented through formal cooperative agreements.

Healthcare & Supply Chain Projects

Healthcare projects involve establishing or expanding cold-chain distribution infrastructure, hospital pharmacy partnerships, and generic drug manufacturing capacity. Supply chain projects include warehouse commissioning, IoT tracking infrastructure, and last-mile logistics network development. All healthcare projects comply with WHO Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and the regulatory standards of each territory served.

5. Environmental & Sustainability Standards

Enermount applies binding environmental and sustainability standards to every project in our portfolio. These standards apply to all project partners, contractors, and operators working under our framework.

No Deforestation Policy

No project funded or operated by Enermount will involve deforestation, clearing of protected woodland, or displacement of indigenous communities.

Sustainable Farming Practices

All agricultural partnerships must use organic-compatible methods, responsible water management, and soil health programmes aligned with international sustainability certifications.

Fair Labour Standards

All farming cooperatives and supply chain operators must comply with fair wage standards, appropriate working hours, and safe conditions as defined by ILO Fair Labour Standards.

Carbon Accountability

All energy projects carry documented carbon offset profiles. We target carbon-neutral operations across our entire portfolio by 2028.

ESG Screening

Every new project undergoes a full Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) assessment before entering our active project pipeline.

Biodiversity Protection

Projects in ecologically sensitive zones must include biodiversity impact assessments and, where required, biodiversity net-gain compensation plans.
